This development still looks great, an old industrial site, we took design cues from the industrial buildings for this stunning contemporary design (even though we do say so ourselves). Actually others said so too – the development received the prestigious WhatHouse ‘Best Brownfield Development’ Gold award and appeared in the Best of British Homes Book for that year. A relatively intensive town centre development, with undercroft parking courts and first floor amenity decks, taking advantage of the site’s steep slopes. Nice waterfall too.
