RAF Daws Hill, High Wycombe (441 Homes)

‘Award winning and exemplar both in terms of the excellent design and the consultation process that we have been through’ – the words of the Leader of Wycombe District Council on the night of gaining planning permission for this 441 dwelling development which also included a convenience store, school site and community building, on an ex-American forces base just outside of Wycombe.

Bespoke materials were created for this development to reinforce its unique architecture, which have a respectful nod towards the Arts and Crafts alumni of Macintosh, Lutyens and Morris.
