Working for the strategic arm of Taylor Wimpey on such a unique regeneration site meant that we were able to ‘flex’ the nature of the designs to have more of a bespoke – solution specific- housing typology. You don’t come across first floor glass balustrade terraces over parking on many TW schemes.
