Steve Mitchell, Managing Director of DHA, brings over 30 years of experience in housing layout design and development strategy.  Steve leads DHA’s strategic approach to site appraisals and master-planning, working closely with developers to maximise land value and design quality which has led to DHA being recognised as one of the leading housing layout designer studios in the industry. His deep understanding of developer requirements was formed by his prior roles in the planning and design departments for both Berkeley and Cala Homes before joining DHA in 2000.
