Planning permission has been granted by Runnymede Borough Council for a 96-home residential development at Clockhouse & Kemmacott, Egham, designed by DHA Architecture on behalf of Nicholas King Homes.
The approved scheme will deliver 96 new homes, including 50% affordable housing, making a significant contribution towards meeting local housing needs.
The development represents another successful planning outcome for DHA and the wider project team, following a collaborative approach throughout the planning process.
