190 new homes forming phases 2.7–2.9 of the award-winning Prince Philip Park regeneration, located within easy reach of Bordon town centre.
Working with Taylor Wimpey’s strategic land team, DHA developed a site-specific design response that reflects the unique character and opportunities of this major regeneration project.
The proposals provided scope to explore more bespoke housing typologies, moving beyond standard solutions to respond creatively to the site and its context. This included distinctive features such as first-floor terraces with glazed balustrades positioned above integrated parking, helping to create variety and a strong architectural identity across the development.
